La muela tiene sus efectos positivos, además de no permitirme pensar demasiado en otras cosas, hizo que retrasase el pago de la fianza del piso hasta hoy.
Ayer por la noche mi amiga turca me preguntó si iba a coger el piso sin haberlo visto, y se me iluminó la bombilla..yo estaba dando por hecho que ella conocía el piso.
La cosa se puso extraña cuando me llamó el dueño del piso, además de hablarme en un inglés con un acento turco impresionante (no le entendía prácticamente nada), raro para un chico que afirma que vive en los EUA (Estados Unidos de América y que alquila el piso por no estar).
Raro que te llame el mismo día que le dices que estas interesado en el piso urgiéndote que hagas el pago.
El caso que le di largas y le dije que se pusiera en contacto conmigo por mail. esto es lo que me escribió:

Seems the reception is kinda bad out there but it nice talking to you over the phone.You can go view the area and sorrunding of the apartment but you wont be able to get into unit because the keys are here with me in the States.You will need to follow the instructions of my attorney ,sign the contract lease and make the deposit payment so that i will be able to fly down to Instanbul on the 27th as well to handover the keys to you and show you inisde of the unit before making the rental payment.The deposit payment will be allow you to secure the apartment prior to your arrival and for the apartment to be secured for you.Hope to hear from you soon and have a great evening.

I couldn't hear you at all, there were too many noise in the communication. I think you'll agree it's very weird to rent an appart without even seen it. My friend Melis can go there and visit the apartment.
Are you going to come to Istambul just to give me the keys? flying from the States? That's a long journey just for the keys!!, Don't you have a copy there (a friend have a copy, your family, at your lawyer's or just the concierge)??
There's no problem with making the deposit payment once I have visited (my friend in this case) the appart. In fact, I can order it few minutes later when she says "OK".
So, how can we manage to do this?

Para los que no se entiendan en la lengua de Shakespeare, él me decía que "no podía enseñarme el piso porque estaba en los EUA, pero que estaría para darme la llave y tal", y yo que "es un poco raro hacer un viaje de propio (ex profeso para los de fuera de Zaragoza) para dejarme las llaves, que por qué no lo podía enseñar el conserje o su abogado". Esto fue ayer a las 23:00 (hora española) y hoy a las 10:30 todavía no he recibido respuesta.
¡hay que matizar que hasta ese momento nos escribía con los horarios europeos!
vamos, que empieza la búsqueda de piso de nuevo.
Por otro lado, mi compi me ha comentado que no se cambian divisas turcas en los bancos, que te dan un cheque (eso le han dicho en el banco) así que tendremos que cambiar en el aeropuerto.
La cosa se va poniendo cada vez más divertida.
